SO, WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS ?
There are 3 ways in which we can integrate Apple CarPlay / Android Auto to your vehicle.
1 - Android Screen Upgrades
Upgrade your car's small, outdated screen with one of our Larger Android Screens. Don't be fooled by the name, these are compatible with both Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. Our screens benefit from having larger displays, touchscreen capabilities and allow you to download apps to the screen. It's just like having a tablet in the car with the added benefit of keeping your original systems intact and accessible at the click of a button.
2 - CarPlay / Android Auto Interface Module
Our interface modules are installed in a hidden location and allow you to access Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto from your car's original screen. These are a more cost effective solution and retain an 'OEM' look. They even have the added ability to screen mirror your iPhone to the display.
3 - Apple CarPlay / Android Auto Activation (usually only available on vehicles +2016)
This is an option for those with newer vehicles that already have the software for Apple CarPlay / Android Auto but it is not activated. Usually on V.A.G vehicles you will see a message for App Connect or Full Link needing an activation key and can be done on majority of BMW's 2017-onwards (BMW CarPlay only). With our specialist tools we can activate these features without an expensive trip to the dealers.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
No, you will not lose your original functions and menus, such as service history, with one of our retrofits. These can be accessed at any time by simply exiting the CarPlay / Android Auto interface side.
Yes, once you have paired your phone to the retrofit device, there is no need to plug your phone in to access them. However, please ensure your mobile phone is compatible with Wireless CarPlay / Android Auto. If it is not then you can plug it into the provided additional USB to use the features through a wired connection.
Yes, you can do, although we highly recommend taking advantage of our professional installation service in Rochdale, Greater Manchester to ensure everything is installed and set-up correctly.
Yes, your factory reverse camera and parking sensors will display as normal. If your car doesn't have a reverse camera we may be able to add one alongside one of our retrofits for an additional cost.
If your current screen is already touchscreen, it will function as it should, however this retrofit won't make a non touchscreen into one.
