By using this website to place an order, you are indicating your acceptance of the terms listed below. These are offered to make sure that everyone is aware of the agreement and that everyone is on board with it in order to set expectations for our service and to jointly safeguard our interests.
1. General Stock
subject to availability. We make every effort to keep an exact count of our stock on our website, but occasionally there may be a discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfil all of your orders at the time of purchase. Please note that most items are built to order and have an expected fulfilment time of 7 to 14 working days. In this case, we will fulfil the available products to you and contact you regarding this.
2. Terms of Delivery
2.1 Transport Times
Our company's dispatch timeline policy is an approximate time period of between 3 and 14 working days (for foreign deliveries this will be longer) from the date of your original order (excluding weekends and national holidays). Any orders made will start processing on the following working day. The required 30-day delivery window (beginning with the date of payment) will be followed for all deliveries. If this needs to happen later, we'll let you know.
Since we cannot be held liable for erroneous or non-delivery due to user error and additional delivery fees may apply, it is the customer's obligation to ensure that the address details they provided at the time of purchase are accurate. We are only able to ship to the address listed on the invoice or billing and are unable to request that the delivery company leave the package with a neighbour or leave the package unattended on your property. Despite our best efforts, we cannot guarantee delivery on the day we specify or accept responsibility for deliveries that are made after this window of time.
All packages are properly packaged and safely sealed. Please give us 48 hours' notice if there are any breakages during shipping, which seldom happens. Replacements will be provided without charge from us, but the costs of returning the item to us are your responsibility. Please be aware that all items reported as damaged upon arrival ("DOA") must be kept in their original packaging as this will be needed as proof of "DOA." At no time should any attempt be made to disregard or remove any items in whole or in part from their original packaging as this will prevent any attempts by either party to make a claim for damage(s).
2.2 Out of Stock Items
If an item is out of stock, we will mail the products that are currently in stock first and the remainder goods whenever they are back in stock.
2.3 Delivery Time Overdue
Please get in touch with us if the delivery time was longer than expected so that we can look into it. Due to courier delays, there may be some prolonged delivery times during certain times that we are unable to control.
3. Packages Lost or Damaged During Transit
Please contact our customer support staff as soon as you discover a damaged package in transit. After that, you should proceed with a claim with the courier directly. Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the sum specified by the courier.
We assume no responsibility and will not issue a refund if an item is lost or destroyed while in the care of the courier service. The consumer is then responsible for getting in touch with the courier service to try and recover losses.
4. Customs and import fees
Upon arrival in the destination country, import charges and taxes may need to be paid for overseas shipments. You should be aware of these potential expenses before placing an order with us because they differ per country.
5. Cancellations must be requested in writing within 12 hours of placing an order.
Due to the fact that our products are made to order depending on the specifications of your vehicle, which are submitted to us at the time of purchase, we are unable to accept cancellations if the request is made after 12 hours after the sale.
Returns - Please be aware that, regardless of any recommendations you may have received, we will NEVER accept ANY returns for a product that has been opened and used in an attempt to be installed by the customer or a third party. It is the customer's sole responsibility to ensure that the product has been ordered is appropriate for the intended vehicle (i.e., the correct software selection, vehicle compatibility, etc.).
We won't accept a return for any product damage that results from pre-existing vehicle defects, self-installation, or installation by a third party outside. This makes your product warranty void
.All products being returned must be unworn and have all of their original packaging and labels still on them. Please make sure that the returned items are in brand-new condition, have all of the original packing, contents, and labels attached, and are being returned for a defective item within the first seven (7) days after purchase.
As stated in the EXCEPTIONS section of our return policy below, some items, such as those that are custom-made or manufactured to order, are not returnable.
Exceptions -
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged
Any products made to order - including but not limited to screen upgrades, carplay interface modules, mmi modules, custom steering wheel covers, carbon steering wheels, ambient lighting, starlight headliner
A 15% restocking fee applies to all returned items
Sale items cannot be returned
Faulty items -
In the event that any things are defective, kindly contact us. If your item is defective or has been harmed as a result of the installation process, our staff will analyse your case to make a determination. If the item is found to be faulty, you can choose between an exchange and in-store credit for the same amount if the defect is discovered after the 7-day return period has passed.
